The Occupational Therapist will help patients regain skills for daily living and independence by following physician-prescribed plans. They are responsible for updating care plans and communicating with the care team to ensure coordinated rehab services in the patient's home.
Candidates must be licensed Occupational Therapists in the State of Wisconsin and graduates of an ACOTE-approved curriculum. Two years of experience is preferred, along with the ability to exercise independent judgment.

Independent Contractor - Occupational Therapist (OT) As an – Independent Contractor Occupational Therapist with Phyt Rehab, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for daily living and independence. You’ll follow physician-prescribed plans to reduce physical limitations, update and revise care plans as needed, and communicate with the care team to ensure coordinated, top-quality rehab services. · Flexible scheduling · Supportive, team-oriented environment · Meaningful, one-on-one patient care Position Qualifications: · Two (2) years of experience, preferred. · Licensed by The State of Wisconsin as Occupational Therapist. · Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by one of the following: The Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy education (ACOTE) or successor organizations of ACOTE. · Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
