Independent Contractor - Occupational Therapist (OT) As an – Independent Contractor Occupational Therapist with Phyt Rehab, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for daily living and independence. You’ll follow physician-prescribed plans to reduce physical limitations, update and revise care plans as needed, and communicate with the care team to ensure coordinated, top-quality rehab services. Your compassion and clinical expertise will empower patients to thrive in the comfort of their homes.

· Flexible scheduling · Supportive, team-oriented environment · Meaningful, one-on-one patient care Position Qualifications: · Two (2) years of experience, preferred. · Licensed by The State of Wisconsin as Occupational Therapist. · Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by one of the following: The Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy education (ACOTE) or successor organizations of ACOTE. · Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
