Work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility and recover independence. Provide one-on-one care, follow therapy plans, and track patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
Must be a graduate of an accredited program with a current Wisconsin state PTA license. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities and knowledge of Rehab Optima are preferred.
