Provide 24/7 supervision and essential care for high-risk, dually diagnosed men in a residential program. Support participants in improving activities of daily living, social engagement, and coping skills to enable independent community living.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a reliable, insured vehicle and a clean driving record. Experience working with psychiatric disorders or co-occurring populations is preferred.
The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking Direct Care Staff to join our team at our Community Integration Services (CIS) residential program in Hartford, CT. Our direct care staff establish life-changing relationships with our participants and provide opportunities to optimize their independence, rehabilitation and recovery.
