The SLP will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders within a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities include performing dysphagia assessments and completing documentation according to Medicare and facility standards.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current state SLP license. Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred.
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Per Diem
We are seeking a licensed Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment services in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
Responsibilities: · Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
· Perform dysphagia assessments and recommend safe diets
· Complete documentation per Medicare and facility standards
· Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications: · Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
· Current state SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred)
· Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
Rate: $60/hour
