Conduct face-to-face patient encounters to assess disease progression, pain management, and quality of life. Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and attending physicians to order diagnostics and implement treatment plans for palliation.
Requires a current Nurse Practitioner license and prescribing authority in the state of employment, along with Medicare billing privileges. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as an NP or hospice RN and a current CPR certification.
