General Purpose

To provide primary health care services including general and preventive medical care.

Job Qualifications

• 1.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies 2.
• Current Colorado APRN or PA license 3.
• National board certification 4.
• 2+ years primary care experience preferred 5.
• BLS required 6.
• Eligible or holds a DEA license.
• 7.
• Medical Spanish skills preferred but not required.
• Eligible for a pay increase upon successful completion of the Spanish Clinic Cultural Linguistic Assessment (CCLA)

Salary

$105,199 - $116,888 Annually; DOQ

Sign-On Bonus: up to $10,000
