The RN is responsible for conducting intake assessments, developing tailored care plans, and administering medications to patients with substance use disorders. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and educate families on addiction and mental health.
Candidates must hold an active RN license and BLS certification, with at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health or 5 years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of detoxification processes, DSM criteria, and the ability to manage medical and behavioral emergencies is required.
