The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, treating, and documenting care for patients in an outpatient setting. They must maintain compliance with regulations and communicate effectively with colleagues, physicians, and patients.
Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school and possess a current state license or eligibility for licensure. CPR certification is also required.
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
