The Occupational Therapist is responsible for conducting functional assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' physical and mental well-being. They must collaborate with healthcare teams, supervise assistants, and maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal laws.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a Bachelor's degree with five years of direct practice experience. A current state license or eligibility for licensure is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
