• Maintains accurate documentation in LifeNet Health EMR and hospital EMR in compliance with hospital Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and LNH policy and practice. Reviews referral hospital medical records and populates LifeNet’s electronic medical records (EMR) according to policy.

Salary Range

$24.64 - $32.85/hour

• Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
• Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate’s knowledge and relevant experience.
