Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife or Physician Associate - $15,000 Bonuses

• What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care in a clinical setting, supporting patients across a wide range of reproductive and sexual health needs.
• On a typical day, you may: Perform gynecological exams, STI screening, and general reproductive health assessments Provide contraceptive counseling, prescriptions, and procedures (including IUD and implant insertion/removal) Diagnose and treat common reproductive health conditions Provide medication abortion care and follow-up Perform and interpret lab tests and ultrasound (as trained) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support high-quality, patient-centered care Document accurately and efficiently in the EHR You’ll also participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development as you build your clinical practice at PPCW.

• Active license as a Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, or Physician Associate (OR and/or WA) National certification or current Medicare number Eligible for prescriptive authority and DEA registration Current CPR/BLS certification Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care environment
