Perform various general surgical procedures and manage pre- and post-operative patient care. Collaborate with medical staff to develop treatment plans and maintain detailed patient records.
Must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited school and a current medical license in the state of operation. Completion of a General Surgery residency and board certification are required.

Schedule: 24-hour beeper call shifts, specific dates
Hernia repair, cholecystectomy, breast surgery, "lumps and bumps," abscess drainage, endoscopy (EGD and colonoscopy), appendectomy, small bowel, and colon surgery
EMR: Meditech
Must be board-certified
