BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a client with G-tube (Mickey Button) needs in a home setting. Every Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Optional PRN shifts available every Monday Pay & Benefits

Responsibilities

Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home Perform and monitor G-tube feedings and care Assist with daily care needs Observe and report changes in condition Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

Active Ohio LPN license Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Current TB test or chest X-ray Pediatric or G-tube experience preferred (training available) Ability to pass background check and drug screen Why Home Care?
