We are currently hiring a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one overnight care for a pediatric patient in Pickerington, Ohio. This private duty home care position is perfect for nurses seeking a low-stress environment with individualized patient care and a consistent weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home Administer medications and treatments as ordered Perform G-tube feedings and site care Provide airway support and suctioning as needed Monitor patient condition and report any changes Follow physician orders and individualized care plans Complete accurate and timely documentation Maintain a safe, caring, and supportive environment

Qualifications

Active Ohio LPN license Current CPR certification Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong communication and assessment skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Preferred Experience

Pediatric nursing experience G-tube care and airway management Home health or private duty nursing experience
