Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement and adapt treatment plans for patients in inpatient and acute care settings. Manage clinical documentation, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide mentorship to new staff and students.
Requires an Associate degree from an accredited PTA program and current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Ohio. BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program required. Must hold current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire Strong communication and analytical skills to effectively carry out treatment plans, recognize changes in patient condition, and adapt interventions as needed. Demonstrates professionalism through initiative, dependability, teamwork, and clear verbal and written communication. Adheres to the APTA Code of Ethics and maintains high standards of ethical and professional conduct.
