The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, designing written plans of care, and implementing treatment programs to restore physical function. They also supervise therapy assistants and students while maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR system.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum and hold a valid state license to practice. Required certifications include Basic Cardiac Life Support and a current CPR card.
Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute is looking for someone to work full-time as a Physical Therapist at the San Marco Rehab.

The Physical Therapist provides an evaluation and assessment, design a written plan of care, implementation and supervision of treatment programs and educational services.
