Provide prescribed massage treatments to patients in rehabilitation clinics to improve joint function, muscle strength, and range of motion. Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and professional care standards.
Must hold a valid Massage Therapist License in the State of Florida and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Prior experience in a rehabilitation center is preferred, along with the physical ability to perform treatments for extended periods.
Treat patients in the Rehabilitation Clinics to improve joint function, muscle strength, and range of motion.
Fast paced Orthopaedic rehabilitation center.
Ability to stand and be physically active for extended periods of time. Demonstrate manual dexterity and adeptness using the hands to massage. Occasionally lift, handle and carry massage therapy equipment (up to 20-30 lbs). Assist with transfer or skillful positioning of patients. Give and receive clear verbal communication to and from patients.
