Deliver speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients while collaborating with a diverse clinical team. Responsibilities include preparing progress notes, discharge summaries, and establishing individualized plans of care.
Candidates must possess a valid State Speech Language Pathologist license and credentials. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or acute care settings is required.
We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.
Provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities Travel to nearby centers as needed
