As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to program units by scheduling appointments, answering calls, composing routine correspondence, and maintaining organized records. You will also assist in managing data, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. This role requires the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
High School Diploma or GED; Business-related training, BA or 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher Ability to compose professional correspondence and maintain accurate records Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies and regulatory requirements May require First Aid and CPR certification
Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities Ability to work with individuals experiencing mental health or co-occurring disorders in a constructive manner
