Perform routine diagnostic imaging procedures and ensure strict adherence to patient safety regulations. Provide additional clerical support including record maintenance, scheduling, and data entry.
Requires an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Sciences, ARRT or registry eligibility, and a New Mexico state license. BLS and CPR certifications are mandatory, with a Bachelor's degree and hospital experience preferred.
Performs routine diagnostic imaging procedures in support of the assigned area and as requested by a licensed medical provider. Responsible for adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety. May provide clerical support for the assigned department to include, but not limited to: filing, maintaining records, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and entering data into the computer.
