• Turn and reposition patients at least every 2 hours.

• Provide bed baths and assist with all personal hygiene needs, including toileting.

7. Meal Support • Deliver meal trays to patients. • Return one hour later to

• Return remaining trays to the dirty utility room.

• 8. Environmental Cleanliness
• Remove any full or malodorous trash from patient rooms promptly.
• Collect and remove soiled linens as needed.
