Provide individual and group psychotherapy and develop individualized treatment plans for adults and seniors in long-term care facilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain compliant clinical documentation.
Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and a valid LICSW or LCSW license with the ability to bill independently. Candidates must have significant experience treating adult or senior populations with severe persistent mental illness.
