Job description

The RN cares for and treats patients in a medical office, as directed by the\nprovider. Prepares the patient for and assists with examinations. Administers\ninjections and medications, dresses wounds and incisions, interprets physician\ninstructions to patients, assists with emergency and minor surgery and performs\nrelated tasks as directed. Under the direction of the physician, the office\nnurse is responsible for receiving and triaging incoming calls requiring a nurse\nassessment and intervention. Maintains records of vital statistics and other\npertinent patient data. Cleans and sterilizes instruments and equipment and\nmaintains stock of supplies. May conduct specified laboratory tests, may record\nand develop electrocardiograms, and may act as a receptionist, perform\nsecretarial duties and prepare monthly statements.\n\nEligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other\nbenefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!\n\nRequirements:\n\n36 hours per week - First Shift\n\nMonday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM\n\nValid RN License in State of Indiana \n\nCPR/BLS Certification\n\nUrology Background Preferred
