• How you’ll make an impact in this role Ensure patient safety by precisely selecting, dosing, and dispensing medication orders across specialized clinical areas (e.g., nuclear medicine, oncology, cardiology).
• Review and assess all medication orders to proactively identify and resolve potential drug-related problems, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Serve as a pharmacy subject matter expert, providing essential clinical guidance to leadership and contributing to best practice standards.
• Communicate with physicians and clinical staff to facilitate integrated patient care and deliver critical drug information and education.
• Lead and oversee technical personnel involved in medication preparation and dispensing, maintaining accuracy and efficiency across pharmacy operations.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.

Education

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
