How you’ll make an impact in this role Collaborates with mentors and educators during the first year of practice to evolve from a student mindset into a high-functioning professional nurse. Completes all structured learning requirements—including simulations and skills labs—to successfully transition into a professional role. Participates in residency seminars designed to enhance professional development while effectively managing clinical scheduling and department commitments.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Enrolled in or completion of Nursing program required. Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 6 months of hire.
