The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting patient assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program with a current, unrestricted license in South Carolina. CPR certification is required, and previous experience in a rehab setting is preferred.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in South Carolina Current CPR certification Previous experience in rehab setting preferred
