The Physical Therapist will develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from surgical procedures. They will collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor progress and educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program with a current, unrestricted license in South Carolina and CPR certification. Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from surgical procedures. You will develop and implement personalized treatment plans, work closely with medical professionals, and contribute to improving patient outcomes. Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance recovery Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and goals Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in South Carolina Current CPR certification Previous experience in rehab setting preferred
