The Associate Dentist is responsible for diagnosing and treating oral health issues, including performing restorative and surgical procedures. They must develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on preventative care and oral hygiene.
Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school. An active CPR certification is also required.

We are looking for a clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality care, building strong patient relationships, and contributing positively to our team culture. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing the overall oral health of patients while providing a full range of general and surgical dental services. Compensation Package $700-$800/Per Diem DOE Bonus Package Key Responsibilities Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care Diagnose and treat cavities, cracked, fractured, and decayed teeth Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and related treatments Conduct root canals, extractions, and other oral surgical procedures Administer local anesthesia and sedation as appropriate Prescribe antibiotics, pain management, and other necessary medications Evaluate patients through clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging Interpret X-rays and other diagnostic tests Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans Create models for dental appliances as needed Provide patient education, including treatment explanations and aftercare instructions Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Deliver general dentistry services and comprehensive oral care
