Performs analyses on biological specimens such as blood and urine to assist healthcare providers in patient diagnosis and treatment. Participates in operational support activities to maintain and optimize laboratory testing capabilities.
Requires a Bachelor's degree for MT or an Associate's degree for MLT from an accredited program. Experience in a medical field and moderate to advanced computer skills are required.
Receive direction from Lab Manager, Regional Director and the Laboratory Medical Director. Work cooperatively with Administration, Physicians, Allied Health Staff, patients and residents.
