Provide community-based support and personal hygiene assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Help participants achieve developmental goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while integrating them into the community.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a registered vehicle. Six months of experience in human services or direct care is preferred.
