- What
- You’ll Do: Evaluate and treat patients referred for physical therapy, ensuring comprehensive, individualized care. Maintain and submit all reports and records related to patient evaluations and progress. Supervise and mentor staff and student physical therapists/assistants in the department. Maintain inventory of materials and supplies for the department. Communicate with referral sources and those involved in the active management of patients to provide updates on treatment progress or modifications. Practice in alignment with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Foster a culture of patient-centered care, quality, and safety excellence. Why Join Us?

- Licensure: Current or eligible for Colorado State Licensure.
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy in the United States; advanced degrees in related health fields preferred.
Experience
Previous experience in community healthcare is preferred.
Skills
Strong ethical standards, commitment to patient care, and ability to work collaboratively.
Requirements
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
