Provide high-quality skilled nursing care to elderly and disabled clients, including wound care and medication management. Coordinate with physicians and rehab services while educating clients on their diagnoses and treatments.
Requires a current, unrestricted California LVN license and at least one year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Must possess BLS certification, a valid driver's license, and proof of a negative TB result.

Responsibilities to include: Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers Education on client's diagnosis and treatment, ensuring understanding Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, medication management, and managing chronic conditions Highly organized at providing and documenting care Current, unrestricted California LVN license Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse Home Health experience preferred Proof of Negative TB result Physical Screening Documentation within the last year Current BLS certification Valid California drivers License and insurance Cell phone with internet access Cheer Offers:
$35-$50, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more. Weekly Payments Flexible Schedule: Per Diem, based on your availability and travel preferences Various Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, Night, Overnight; Holiday Pay: Time and a half Training and Ongoing Support Constant Support: Our office team is available 24/7 to treat you with dignity, respect, and provide assistance whenever needed.
