Provide primary care and evidence-based withdrawal management for individuals experiencing substance use disorders and mental illness in a detox setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conduct physical exams, formulate treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic health concerns.
Requires a professional degree (NP, PA, MD, DO, or ND) with unrestricted Oregon licensure and a DEA certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care is preferred, along with current BLS certification.

You’ll work alongside our experienced Medical Director to deliver evidence-based withdrawal management, with a focus on trauma-informed care, dignity, and connection.

Schedule: Morning shift 8am -12pm Afternoon shift 1pm-5p
This position can be a .6 fte (24hrs) —1.0 fte (40hrs) a week position pending the Providers licensure/certifications and experience.
