The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patient clinical needs and implementing individualized plans of care. They must coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise home health aides, and maintain documentation according to national standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy and a current Massachusetts PT license. One year of clinical experience and CPR certification are required.
Bachelor of Science Degree or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Counsel on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current PT license in Mass. with one (1) year clinical experience and CPR certification required. Computer skills preferred.
