Essential Functions Provides assessment, counseling, and referrals for children, adolescents, individual adults and couples for family, substance abuse, mental health, career and other areas.
Establishes and maintains open, professional and positive communications in all aspects of job performance Demonstrates commitment to professional growth and development by participation in staff meetings, in-services, activities, and educational programs for improvement of skills and to maintain competencies and licensure requirements.
Interfaces with community personnel and professionals, including teachers, physicians and health care providers, probation officers, pastors and attorneys.
Committed to the continuous improvement of the client experience which includes patient safety, quality of care and excellent service.

Qualifications Required Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
Two semesters of direct counseling experience. (May be obtained during pre-degree internship.)
