The LPN is responsible for providing direct nursing care, administering medications, and monitoring patient vital signs. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans and supervise Certified Nurse Assistants.
Candidates must possess a valid state LPN license and strong clinical skills. A compassionate approach to caring for the aged and chronically ill is required.
