Primary Responsibilities Effectively provides personal care services limited to the activities of daily living for an individual with a demonstrated need and according to the established standards of care to include any of the following: Eating/Feeding Toileting Bathing Grooming Dressing Transferring (Between the bed, chair, wheelchair and/or stretcher.) Ambulation Assists in providing personal care services to address Independent Activities of Daily Living, maintenance care services for the individual's home essential to the client's health and comfort to include any of the following: Laundry Meal preparation Shopping and errands Light housecleaning Medications
Requirements: Reliable transportation Basic level of general skills and/or practical knowledge
