The RN is responsible for providing outstanding patient care, including triaging patients, administering medications, and documenting health history. They facilitate patient flow and coordinate communication between patients, families, and medical staff.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with a current Kentucky RN license and at least 4 years of clinical experience. Required certifications include BLS through the American Heart Association and ACLS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate an exceptional patient care experience by ensuring and assisting patient flow within the office, attending to needs of patients, their families and medical staff Prepare patient for physician visit: Obtain and document appropriate vital signs and health history information in Electronic Health Record (Allscripts). Assist patients with any paperwork necessary for the visit. Clinical duties: Check vital signs, Medication administration. Assist with follow up calls to families regarding visits/procedures. Documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting. Patient triage: Telephone and walk-in triage, Patient documentation and follow up. Assist with preparing clinical schedule.
