Provide compassionate spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and colleagues while navigating grief and crisis. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to perform spiritual assessments and document outcomes in electronic medical records.
Requires a Master's degree in Theology, Religion, or Spiritual Care and 1-3 years of experience including CPE training. Board Certification (BCC) and faith-group endorsement are strongly preferred.
Master’s degree in Theology, Religion, Spiritual Care/Spirituality, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1–3 years of Spiritual Care experience, including CPE training; prior chaplaincy/ministry experience preferred. Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) strongly preferred through APC, CASC, NACC, or NAJC, including: Master’s degree from a CHEA‑accredited institution 4 ACPE units (1600 hours) of Spiritual Care education Recognized faith‑group endorsement Ability to design and deliver programs that meet diverse spiritual needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with clinical terminology. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software. Comfortable with shared leadership and collaborative teamwork. Demonstrated integrity, compassion, and professional presence.
