The RN provides quality healthcare services to behavioral health clients, including medical assessments, medication administration, and the implementation of treatment protocols. They are also responsible for clinical documentation, health education, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support client recovery.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a valid Washington State license and at least one year of nursing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required, while a BSN and experience in mental health or chemical dependency are preferred.

New hires start between $33.49 and $44.66 based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. While the full pay range is listed for this position for pay transparency, individual compensation is determined by various factors and may vary within the posted range.
The RN is responsible for providing quality health care services to all clients including assessing somatic conditions, assessing medical needs, communicating with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocol and course, and creating a favorable group climate for the effective treatment of each enrolled client.
This position supports the Behavioral Health Division of Pioneer Human Services by performing clinical tasks to support the provision of quality and cost effective medical services to behavioral health clients.
Performs other duties as assigned.
This position may require the ability to provide emergency client care.

Have the skills and ability to work successfully with the special needs of the clients in our care and have effective communication and problem-solving skills with clients, internal staff, and providers in the community.
