Provide comprehensive nursing care, including physical and psychiatric assessments and medication administration, for individuals in residential and crisis stabilization settings. Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements while supporting a safe treatment environment.
Requires a valid Washington State RN license and either a Bachelor's degree with 2 years or an Associate's degree with 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience. Must be able to travel to various program locations within Washington State.

$42.27 - $70.45/hourly
While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions.

What you'll do
The Psychiatric Registered Nurse II provides comprehensive nursing care to individuals receiving residential and crisis stabilization behavioral health services. This role is responsible for assessing physical and psychiatric conditions administering medications delivering therapeutic nursing interventions and supporting a safe structured treatment environment. The Psychiatric RN II delivers evidence based nursing and behavioral health services to individuals with mental health substance use or co-occurring disorders while ensuring compliance with clinical standards regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
