The RN provides specialized infusion care, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy, for oncology patients across multiple clinic sites. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, managing venous access, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe treatment.
Candidates must hold a current Utah RN license and BLS certification, with ACLS, PALS, and ONS certifications required within six months of hire. An Associate's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
The Registered Nurse (RN) at our Cancer Care & Infusion Center supports patients primarily at our Roosevelt location, with occasional coverage at our Vernal site. In this role, you’ll provide specialized care to patients undergoing infusion therapies.
The RN is a professional caregiver responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Utilizing the nursing process, technology, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practice, the RN collaborates with other healthcare team members while also engaging in patient education and mentoring.
In this role, you’ll work closely with oncologists, physicians, pharmacists, and fellow nurses to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate treatment. This position plays a key role in enhancing patient outcomes, ensuring clinical excellence, and supporting a high standard of operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
