The Clinical Research Assistant supports investigators in executing Phase I-IV clinical trials following SOP, FDA, and GCP guidelines. Key duties include recruiting patients, obtaining informed consent, collecting data, and performing clinical tasks like vital signs and ECGs.
A bachelor's degree and professional experience in a medical or clinic setting are preferred. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in medical terminology, and the ability to interact effectively with sponsors and patients.

We are actively hiring for a Clinical Research Assistant opportunity at the Flourish Research site in Walnut Creek, CA
The Clinical Research Assistant supports the Investigators in executing Phase I, II, III, and IV clinical research trials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FDA and GCP guidelines, and study protocols while providing an impeccable patient experience in every single interaction.

Works directly with the site operations team to coordinate the trial process. Assists in educating patients about the nature of their disease and the benefits and risks of participating in a clinical drug trial. Determine protocol-related needs to conduct the trial and order supplies and equipment. Recruits and screens potential patients and obtains informed consent. Assists in providing patient education on the benefits and risks of participating in a clinical drug trial. Completed source documents and forms to facilitate accurate data collection and record keeping. Conducts in-service programs and summarizes study schedules to assist in understanding and implementing a protocol. Schedules patient visits and laboratory and diagnostic test procedures. Assists with investigational product shipments, storage, and accountability. Review trends, problems encountered, patient adverse events, and patient progress. Perform other clinical skills as required by the trial protocol, including vital signs, ECGs and blood glucose testing. Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership
