The role involves providing comprehensive psychological services, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for a diverse client base. Additionally, the psychologist participates in regular case consultations, Grand Rounds, and team meetings to maintain clinical excellence.
Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program and possess full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of clinical supervision experience and formal training in child, family, or relational psychotherapy models.

Job Requirements The most successful candidates will evidence a track record of service as an interventionist with a high degree of professional activity within the field. The position requirements include but are not limited to: A doctoral degree in psychology from an APA accredited academic program Full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota (or license-eligible) At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred) Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred) Competence within relational psychotherapy models strongly preferred

As an active training clinic, most clinicians at Lorenz earn about 100 hours per year of board-approved continuing education just from showing up to work. The clinic hosts an annual conference, monthly grand rounds, and four hours per month of case consultation with a specialist.
Compensation The compensation hiring range for this role is $116,000 - $160,000 per year, which is dependent on candidates' qualifications, program fit, chosen caseload, activities, and competencies. The hiring range for psychologists doing primarily psychotherapy is $116,000 - $140,000, while the hiring range for those doing primarily assessment is $120,000 - $160,000. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, benefits-eligible, W2 role.
