2pm-10pm Monday-Friday, weekends only also available.

2pm-10pm Monday-Friday, every other weekend required. *Shift Differentials*

*Part-Time Weekend Nights: 2pm-1pm Saturday & Sunday

*In-House Pool (IHP) – work a minimum of 16 hours per month!

CNA Responsibilities • Assist with daily hygiene

• bathing, oral care, grooming, skin care, nail/hair care.
• Support toileting and continence care, including perineal hygiene and changing incontinence products.
• Dress/undress residents and assist with mobility, including ambulation, ROM exercises, and using assistive devices.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration; monitor intake/output.
• Make beds, change linens, and maintain clean resident rooms.
• Promptly respond to call lights and provide support with daily living needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
• Accurately document care provided and participate in shift hand-offs.

What you need

• Education & Certification
• Completion of the 105-hour Indiana Nurse Aide Training Program or equivalent.
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the Indiana Nurse Aide Registry.

• Experience
• Previous long-term care or senior living experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.

• Skills & Abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of medical terminology and elderly care needs.
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism - even in challenging situations.
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.
