• Summary: This position will include research, clinical care, and teaching. There will be 45% academic time, and 55% for clinical care. Clinical care will include patient care at Yahara Integrative Family Medicine Clinic (30%) and/or Science Drive Medical Center (10%). Duties will also include Wingra Clinic consults (5%) and Precepting (10%) as Fellowship Director determines. This position requires work to be completed onsite, at a designated campus work location. Terminal, 12 month appointment (depending on program) This position has been identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial caregiver check to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years.

• Responsibilities: Participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health. An essential part of these duties will be working in a collegial relationship with other faculty members. Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.

Each year, we train more than 160 residents (at sponsored and academic partner sites) and 300 medical students.

• Compensation: This position is compensated at a candidate's respective post graduate experience level, starting at $70,685 for PG1. Pay will include a $500 well-being stipend at all levels of experience.

• Short answer (500 words or less): How do you envision the practice of integrative medicine as an approach to care that may serve all people? Three Letters of Recommendation. One must be from your current program director (or current supervisor if in practice). Application reviewers will rely on these written materials to determine which applicants move forward in the process. All applicants will be notified once the search concludes and a candidate is selected. The deadline for assuring full consideration is November 1, 2026; however, the position will remain open and applications may be considered until the position is filled. University sponsorship is not available for this position, including transfers of sponsorship and TN visas. The selected applicant will be responsible for ensuring their continuous eligibility to work in the United States (i.e. a citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, a foreign national authorized to work in the United States without the need of an employer sponsorship) on or before the effective date of appointment.
