The APP is responsible for providing healthcare services in a walk-in urgent care center, including health assessments and prescribing treatments. They must also participate in quality assurance activities and perform occupational medicine regulatory exams under physician supervision.
Requires a Master's level degree and NP or PA certification with a valid state license and DEA. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in urgent or emergency care and obtain DOT certification.
