Responsible for organizing and conducting medically prescribed speech therapy programs and individualized treatment plans for patients. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and monitors patient progress through evaluation and reporting.
Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA accreditation with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Must hold a valid SLP license for California or Nevada and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

$57.16/hour + DOE (Base Pay of $54.44/hour includes 5% temporary differential)
Summary Under the direct supervision of the manager, is responsible for providing patient care services consisting of various modalities and treatments in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures and as indicated by licensing agencies in the State of practice (CA/NV). The Sleep-Language Pathologist (SLP) is committed to providing high quality health care services and to accommodating to the changing needs of the various communities that Tahoe Forest Hospital serves. Each SLP needs to effectively utilize appropriate resources to ensure sensitive, personal care to individuals who require therapy services.

Minimum Education/Experience Master's Degree from an accredited SLP therapy program with 60 credit hours in speech language pathology, be licensed to practice and accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
