The specialist provides compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a Memory Care Center, focusing on non-pharmacological behavioral interventions. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans and educate families and staff on dementia and Alzheimer's progression.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Preference is given to candidates with at least three years of human services experience, including two years specifically working with dementia or Alzheimer's patients.
