Provide daily support, supervision, and therapeutic relationships for children and adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric setting. Monitor patient behavior, conduct safety checks, and assist with admissions and discharges.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for CNA certification or college coursework in psychology or social work. CPR and Handle With Care certifications must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
